At YummyMummy Fitness we are all about basic, healthy, yummy recipes for the family.

We EAT Carbs!

Yes you heard right – we eat CARBS!

No – not simple carbs like sugar and bread – but let us educate you!

There will be pasta, there will be potatoes, there will be rice, there will be a lot of foods you never thought could be part of a diet that promotes weight loss.

It’s time to go back to basics and try something you never thought could be possible!

We LOVE food!

Food is how we get energy – Food is also Joy and so much more!
Let us take you on a journey to changing your emotional connection to food.

We are NOT hungry!

If you are wanting to lose weight and the diet you chose leaves you hungry – it won’t work because you won’t be able to sustain it!

At YummyMummy we love feeling satisfied and have a full tummy!

How do I get the meal plan?

Our meal plans are emailed out every Friday for the following week

What if I don’t like some of the meals?

Not a problem at all!

We have tons of recipes in our member area which you can use for swap outs! In fact if you prefer to put together your own meal plan, simply use our blank meal plan template and only eat what YOU choose!

Vegetarian/ Dairy Free/ Gluten Free

Vegetarian: Yes absolutely! Our meal plans do have some meat meals but there is always a vegetarian option included as well!

Dairy Free: Yes we have lots of dairy free recipes! Simone is dairy free herself so you will be well looked after!

Gluten Free: Our meal plans are gluten free friendly!
